This privacy notice has been prepared by our firm as data controller pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the relevant secondary legislation.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed to receive, assess and respond to your request, to contact you, to schedule meetings, to comply with our legal obligations and to ensure information security.

4. Legal Grounds and Method of Collection

Your data is collected electronically through the forms on our website on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2 (c) "establishment or performance of a contract", (ç) "compliance with a legal obligation" and (f) "legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed" of the KVKK.

5. Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to competent public authorities where legally required and to our hosting and IT infrastructure providers, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. The servers of the instant messaging infrastructure used for form notifications may be located abroad; in that case the transfer is carried out with the safeguards set out in Article 9.

6. Retention

Data submitted through the forms is retained for the periods required by the applicable legislation and the statutory limitation periods for potential disputes, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request rectification, erasure or destruction, to request notification of these actions to third parties, to object to adverse results arising from exclusively automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
