Fehmi Kaya

Att. Fehmi Kaya is the founding and managing partner of the firm. He advises domestic and foreign clients on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial disputes.

Throughout his career he has been involved in numerous company formations, share transfers, shareholder structurings and commercial contract negotiations, and has played an active role in the institutionalisation and succession planning of family businesses. He represents clients in commercial litigation and arbitration.
